I’m Kristina Anastasia Perjar
As a Moldovan-American, growing up at the intersection of two cultures has greatly shaped the way I live my life and encouraged me to create my own frameworks and patterns of thinking. I created NØKAP to share that perspective, offering value and inspiration to help others embrace who they are too.

Why NØKAP?
NØKAP is inspired by the phrase “no cap,” which means “no lie” or to show you’re serious about something. I was raised to live with intention and excellence, so I approach everything with that mindset—and that’s what I want to share through NØKAP. Oh, and my initials just happen to be KAP—so I couldn’t resist tying it all together!
